Very nice TV

This TV is actually only has a 20,000 dynamic contrast ratio.I have only spent about 3 hours with this TV thus far but so far its met all my expectations. I have a media center with xbmc and aeon and the picture is fantastic. The picture and colors are almost perfect straight out of the box. I will be tweaking the setting down the road though. The only thing I am not totally satisfied with is the sound. The speakers do seem to be a bit weak.

46" Great screen for price.

Setup easy. Speakers appear to fire down and reflect to you. Getting to sound menu not as easy as others.Samsung download center is great, keep a usb handy for firmware updates.Video setup has Game mode.Audio has entertainment mode.43.5" wide for 46" diag! PIP crystal clear. See photo.2 HDMI inputs, 2 component, so know what is plugged where before you disconnect old equipment. AnyNet + feature is great! Samsung tv links to Samsumg Blu-ray with Anynet+ via HDMI. Both remotes work the other device.Sample dvd: Transformers and Blu-ray version. Great picture. Qatar base attack sound levels off, turned off Auto Volume feature to get full explosion and pulse wave effects.Samsung BD-P1500 1080p Blu-ray Player

I believe for their size the speakers have great clarity. I do plan on adding a sound system in the future for movies, games and such. Totally a "cinch" to use right out of the box. Great set up; on screen menu and good picture (even w/o HDTV as yet) !!! The only TV I'll give 5 stars to; will be LED, and hasn't really been perfected yet; nor has the price been "obtainable" for most. I'd give this one 4.5 stars if I could though; am VERY SATISFIED !!! You could definitely do worse; especially for the money.
